I want to share with you a story about regular individuals who do extraordinary things by tinkering with biology to replicate nature. Crazy right?
They’ve found ways to disassemble nature and place it back together in different ways. Like a goat that produces spider silk. Even crazier!
You don’t have to be “special” to do extraordinary things though btw. The people in this video are normal like you and me. I just want to remind you of that. They too get runny noses and chances are they grew up with some impediment during their youth (like heartbreak, divorce, death, illness). We’ve all got amazing in us. It’s just a matter of finding out what it is and how to use it. The key, make a choice. You can try to understand the world or let others understand it for you. Geek translation: Red pill – blue pill.
Biological Machines = Playing God?
Does tinkering with nature in laboratories give us the right to call it “Playing with God”? I don’t really think so, but I have an idea why the makers of this documentary related God’s work and nature. If you know anything about God or life itself, it’s a never-ending question.
That answer is what keeps us up at night and keeps us waking up in the morning.
It’s why we’re always searching for more and no matter what we do it’s never enough.
The age old question of who we are and why we’re here.
Hence why we adapt to the world around us by replicating what we can see and understand. But if the human eye has the maximum theoretical resolution of 50 cycles per degree….
